The Biker Dude Skull Patch is one of our top designs. We came out with this around 2014. The first version actually had some color in it and is probably still available at our site. But we know some people don't like color so we came out with a monochromatic version where we used different shades of black and gray to come up with an amazing looking design. This one you are looking at is the original ladies and gentlemen. This design is so popular that people are knocking them off but they cannot get it right the way we have done it.
All the artwork you see on our products are generated by an artist from scratch. Copyright infringement is a serious crime that carries serious penalties. Don't believe you can download photos of artwork from the internet and use them for commercial purposes. There are even websites claiming these designs are "Creative commons" let us assure you that they are not. If you look at any of the websites claiming they are featuring creative commons images do yourself a favor and read their terms and conditions. They do not guarantee the accuracy of their work. In fact their content is made up by users, if a user decides to upload someone elses work you my friend are still liable for what you've done. Maybe you didn't do it purposefully but you still did it.
We made that mistake once too. Got designs from pixabay, made up embroidered patches and realized these guys don't guarantee the accuracy of anything on their website. We realized our mistake and discontinued all the designs we used off the internet even when they were labeled as creative commons giving you permission by the original creator to reuse without any permission.
